<p>PURPOSE:To ensure a rich variety of patterns and contrive an improvements in working space and working environment, by preliminarily producing a transfer sheet printed with a required pattern, and pressing the transfer sheet against a metallic plate to transfer the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet is produced by printing a predetermined pattern, and the pattern is transferred from the transfer sheet to a metallic plate. A releasing agent is applied to the surface of a base sheet 1 consisting of a paper or the like to provide a releasable film 2. A protective film 4 is applied to the treated side of the transfer sheet having the releasable film 2 by a roller 3. The protective film 4 is so applied to the releasable film 2 that a pattern film 6 is easily released from the film 2 together with the protective film 4 when the pattern film 6 is transferred onto the metallic plate. A coated film adjusted to a predetermined film thickness is transferred from a roller 8 to a pattern part engraved in a form roller 5 pressed against the roller 8. The transferred pattern is transferred onto then surface of the protective film 4 by the form roller 5.</p> |
