PURPOSE:To shorten the aging, heating and sterilizing treatment, by providing an upper electrical conduction window opening the whole surface at the top and a lower electrical conduction window having a little smaller electrical conduction area than that of the upper electrical conduction window on the flat surface in the bottom in a wholly cylindrical heat-resistant and insulating container. CONSTITUTION:An upper electrical conduction window 2 opening the whole surface at the top and a lower electrical conduction window 4 having a little smaller electrical conduction area than that of the window 2 on the flat surface 3 in the bottom are provided in a wholly cylindrical heat-resistant and insulating container 1 leaving a window frame 5 of suitable shape. Thus, a raw food material (A), filled and contained therein can be aged, heated and sterilized in a shorter time than the conventional food container to mass-produce an electrical conduction processed food having a good flavor and the electrical conduction areas of the windows 2 and 4 can be equalized as much as possible to improve the product value at the same time without scorching the food raw material (A) on the side of the window 4. The shape of the food container 1 on the bottom side can be exactly retained even when the large window 4 is opened and the aimed electrical conduction processed food of a desired shape can be mass-produced at any time. |
