The present invention refers to new pharmaceutical compositions which contain Coenzyme Q10 in amounts from 0.0001 to 10%, dissolved or suspended in a suitable vehicle and which are useful in the pharmaceutical and cosmethological field for the topical cutaneous treatment of skin diseases and for the prophylaxis of dystrophias or dysmetabolic conditions of the cutis.
