The venipuncture needle (13) forming part of a vacutainer system is provided with lateral wings (12). The disposal container (1) interacting therewith has a slit (4) which is arranged deeper than its top surface (1a) and opens therein with inclined surfaces (3). The needle tip is guided by the inclined surfaces (3) forming a funnel on insertion in the slit (4). If, finally, the needle has been inserted to such an extent that the wings lie in the slit it can be removed by turning the blood tube holder (14) into which it is screwed with a threaded pin (15). <IMAGE>
