摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the lamination between a base and an elastic material possible by mechanically joining the elastic material to the surface of the base by a method wherein the elastic material is bent so as to make its mating surface to form an inwardly curved surface in order to make the interval between engaging convexities smaller than that between engaging concavities and, after that, the engaging convexities are fitted into the engaging concavities while abutting the mating surfaces of both the base and the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:Engaging concavities 1 are equipped in the mating surface of a base A, while engaging convexities 2 are equipped in the mating surface 4 of an elastic material B. The interval between the engaging convexities is larger than that between the engaging concavities. First, the elastic material B is placed on an engaging jig C formed concaved 5. Secondly, the tips of the convexities 2 of the elastic material B are pressed by pressing the base A so that the central part of the elastic material B is curved downwards, as a result, the interval between the engaging convexities 2 becomes smaller and the engaging convexities 2 spontaneously engages in the engag ing concavities 1. After that, by releasing the force, which holds the elastic material in bent state, the engaging convexities 2 completely engage in the engaging concavities 1 so as to be able to make both the base A and the elastic material B into an perfect integral body.</p>
