PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent titled body capable of using to a positive electrostatic charge system by providing an org. electrostatic charge transfer layer on a conductive substrate, and then laminating a photosensitive layer contg. an org. electrostatic charge generating substance and an org. electrostatic charge transfer substance on the org. electrostatic charge transfer layer followed by laminating a coating layer on the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is prepared by laminating the electrostatic charge transfer layer 2 contg. the org. electrostatic charge transfer substance, the photosensitive layer 3 contg. the org. electrostatic charge generating substance and the org. electrostatic charge transfer substrate and the coating layer 4 having such a thickness that the surface state of the photosensitive layer 3 changes to an uniform on the conductive substrate 1 in order. The thickness of the electrostatic charge transfer layer 2 is preferably 3-30mum, further preferably 5-20mum to maintain a practically effective surface voltage of said layer 2. The thickness of the photosensitive layer 3 is preferably 0.1-10mum, more preferably, 0.5-5mum. |
