PURPOSE:To permit to increase blow-off air temperature and reduce the humidity of the air simultaneously in an intermediate season and a rainy season by a method wherein a partitioning plate is provided with an opening while the opening is provided with a opening and closing damper for mixing a part of waste heat, exchanged in a condenser, with cool air, effecting heat exchange in an evaporator, and reheating it. CONSTITUTION:A partitioning plate 17 is provided in the main body 16 of a local cooler to define a condenser side, equipped with a condenser 18, and an evaporator side, equipped with an evaporator 19. The condenser 18 is provided so as to be opposed to a waste heat suction port 20. A condensing fan 21 is provided so as to be opposed to a waste heat blow-off port 22 and air, sucked through the waste heat suction port 20, passes through the condenser 18 and arrives at the condensing fan 21. In the side of the evaporator 19, the evaporator 19 is provided so as to be opposed to a suction port 23 and cold air arrives at an evaporating fan 24 through a cold air flow path B (shown by an arrow in the diagram) and is blown of locally from a cold air blow-off port 26 through a duct 25. An opening 27 is provided on the central part of the partitioning plate 17 at a position whereat the hot air flow path A and the cold air flow path B are opposing while an opening and closing damper 28, opening arbitrarily the opening 27 to the side of the cold air flow path B, is provided. |
