PURPOSE:To efficiently form an adhesion preventing film by forming the adhesion preventing film at least onto a part of the free edge of a reed. CONSTITUTION:An inclined stepped part 10 having the depth nearly equal to the thickness of a reed 3 is formed, at the pitch equal to the length of the part applied with the adhesion preventive for the reed 3. The material 11 punched-out to the shape of the reed 3 is set so that the fixed side is positioned onto the inclined stepped part 10 side, and the exposed surface of the material 11 for reed is coated with adhesion preventive. The plate member constituting the reed 3 is held so that the fixed edge side is shielded and the free edge side is exposed, and the exposed surface is coated with adhesion preventive, and therefore, the adhesion-preventive applying process is carried-out exceedingly efficiently. |
