The disclosed device for assembling elements is characterized in that it is comprised of a so-called female part (3) and a so-called male part (4) each conformed on one of the two elements to be assembled (1, 2), said female part comprising a cylindrical recess (5) which is prolonged laterally by an access recess (6) of a width which is substantially smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical recess, whereas said male part (4) comprises a portion intended to be nested into said cylindrical recess (5) and of which the cross-section (7) has an elongated shape defined by a circle with a diameter (L) which is very slightly smaller than that of said cylindrical female recess and so truncated that said male part (4) is free to pass into said female access recess (6) and may pivot in the cylindrical recess (5) about the axes of the latter.
