PURPOSE:To make possible to adjust the projection quantity of a lubricating member due to the thermal deformation of a supporting member, by supporting the lubricating member which is freely projected and sunk, in the state of projecting the edge thereof from a sliding surface by means of the supporting member capable of thermal deformation in the pushing direction. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating member 3, which is freely inserted in a hollow 4 provided to the sliding surface 1a of a first sliding member 1, is supported in the state of projecting the edge thereof from the hollow 4 by a supporting member 5 capable of the thermal deformation, which is provided on the back of the lubricating member. The supporting member 5 is formed with a thermosensible material such as metal, non-metal and shape memory alloy and the like, having a thermal expansion coefficency and thereby it is possible to push up the lubricating member 3 in the direction projected from the sliding surface by the thermal expansion or the thermal deformation thereof. |
