Device for a multihull boats, especially sailing boats, including two floats joined together by means of at least one beam, which is characterised in that the linkage at the assembly points between floats and beam is constituted by an articulation allowing the inclination of each float to be modified by rotation about the longitudinal axis passing through the said points of assembly. The device also includes means for controlling the inclination of the float, means for locking the selected inclination as well as means for damping a slight variation around this inclination. <IMAGE>
