The invention relates to a mechanism making it possible to produce and to transmit the power produced from two static antagonistic forces brought about by two hydraulic jacks. It consists of a fixed three-part housing and two ring gears with internal teeth 9 attached to the three sections of the housing by bolts. Two diametrically opposite planet gears engage, on the one hand, with one of these ring gears and two planet gears 8 also engage with the other ring gear. Two gear wheels 31 connected together by a keyed shaft 38 provide the link between the planet gears. The shaft 38 is mounted on two bearings. Two jacks are situated a distance D5 apart and attached on the one hand to the planet gear holder hand and on the other hand to the driving pin of the hub 15. The link between the hub 15, the hub 14 and the planet gear 8 is provided by the bearing 12. The planet gears 8 remain in equilibrium whatever the strength of the force F3 acting on the driving pin, while the tangential force F4 from the gear wheels 31 rotationally drives the planet gears 8 continuously. <IMAGE>
