The invention relates to a device for the electrical treatment of body parts, comprising a fitting part which can be closed apart from at least one opening, so that it can be fitted to the shape of the body part to be treated. The inner wall of the fitting part is resilient and carries at least two large-area electrodes consisting of a conductive material and designed as foils which can be applied with pressure closely against the body part to be treated and can be connected to a stimulation current unit via connection lines. A fitting part which can be universally employed for all sizes and shapes of extremities of the body and is easy to handle is created in that the fitting part is designed as a tape-like, planar flexible bandage on which the electrodes are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction, and in that the dimensions of the electrodes in the longitudinal direction of the bandage are adapted to the circumference of the body part in such a way that they surround it at least once.
