PURPOSE:To enable production of a film of good quality, whose molecular has been oriented in both a lateral and longitudinal directions even at a low blow ratio, at high delivery and high speed molding, by a method wherein tubular molten resin is expanded after being cooled appropriately within a cylinder and further surplus cooling air is passed through an air flow adjusting port by stabilizing bubbles by a disc, cylinder and inverted conical chamber. CONSTITUTION:The titled manufacturing device is obtained by forming a pressure chamber 10 by fitting a cylinder 5 on the lower part of which a pressure adjusting port 12 is provided, outside of an air blow-off port 3 on a cooling ring 4, mounting an inverted conical chamber 6 having an opening part through which tubular molten resin 11 passes, on the lower part, and providing a disc 7 having a passable opening of the tubular molten resin 11 on its center concentrically within the inverted conical chamber 6, one or more cylinders 8 on the disc 7 so that a constant space is kept between the top of the cylinder 8 and a bubble 9 and an air flow adjusting port 14 between the inverted conical chamber 6 and the disc 7. |
