<p>Process for pressurized sintering for the production of metal-embedded diamond tools in particular hand files, and performed in temper-resistant steel moulds at a temperature of about 600oC. The metering of the powder mixture quantity and the design of the cross-section and surface of the punches are such that maximum use is made of the press capacity and a plurality of adjacent and connected tools having the desired cross-section are produced in a single operation.</p> |
