A compressed-air horn with a housing portion (4), a base portion (5) linked therewith, a trumpet (3) supported in an opening of the housing portion (4) and a membrane (8) fixed between the housing portion (4) and base portion (5), and applied against an inner tube stub (10). The housing portion (4) and base portion (5) are provided each with a ring (6, 7) linked in a torsionally resistant manner with a sheet-metal jacket (40) or a sheet-metal base (50), which can be screwed to one another by threads (63, 73) and carry membrane holding surfaces which face each other axially and uniformly clamp the membrane (8) all around when the thread is tightened. |
