PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation in precision of measurement even if the line between a measurer and an object to be measured is extended, by inserting a differential amplifying means on a line from the measurer to a coder and decoder as the object to be measured and inserting a phase inverting means on a line from the coder and decoder to the measurer. CONSTITUTION:An earth balanced input signal SI sent between a pair of transmission terminals TA and TB of a measurer 1 is converted to an earth unbalanced input signal SI' by a differential amplifying means 100 and is inputted between an analog input terminal AI and an earth terminal G of a coder and decoder 2 as the object to be measured. Meanwhile, an earth unbalanced output signal SO outputted between a digital output terminal DO and the earth terminal G of the coder and decoder 2 is inputted to a phase inverting means 200 and is converted to a pair of output signals SO' and SO'' whose phase are inverted mutually, and they are transmitted to a pair of reception terminals RA and RB of the measurer 1. |
