AGENT FOR FILLING IN SOFT CAPSULE

PURPOSE:The titled uniform and stable agent, obtained by incorporating an aqueous solution of pantethine which is an ameliorant of lipid metabolism and tocopherol acetate which is an ameliorant of peripheral blood stream with a specific glycerol ester of a fatty acid in a specific amount and having good formulating efficiency. CONSTITUTION:An agent for filling in a soft capsule obtained by incorporating (A) a 70-90% aqueous solution of pantethine and (B) tocopherol acetate (hereinafter abbreviated to.E.) with (C) a glycerol ester of a fatty acid with >=40-<60% caprylic acid monoglyceride content as an excipient. The compounding ratio of the respective components is 0.25-1 weight ratio of the components (A) and (B) to the component (C). The use of the component (C) as an excipient provides a clear agent containing the pantethine and V.E. which has not been available in the past. Thereby, the agent can be formulated as one grain soft capsule.
