PURPOSE:To shorten a front processing time and to improve services at the time of a check-out by performing previous card certification processing for a credit card company collectively in a time zone in which front service is light. CONSTITUTION:All pieces of information of handled credit cards stored in a credit data processor 2 by check-in processing are collectively transmitted to the credit company daily in a slack time zone in which the front service is light and a communication circuit and the computer of the credit card company are free. The credit card company receives them, decides whether each credit card is usable or not, and returns the results of use permission/inhibition decision processing of the respective cards and the limited usable amounts of money to the hotel side. The hotel-side data processor 2 stores them and completes the previous certification processing.
