1. A light-sensitive mixture which contains as essential constituents a) a diazonium salt polycondensation product, b) a free-radical polymerizable compound having at least two terminal ethylenically unsaturated groups and a boiling point under atmospheric pressure above 100 degrees C, c) a polymerization initiator which forms free radicals under the action of actinic radiation and d) a water-insoluble polymeric binder which is soluble in organic solvents and in aqueous-alkaline solutions, characterized in that the binder is a reaction product of an intramolecular anhydride of an organic polycarboxylic acid with a hydroxyl-containing synthetic polymer which contains no further functional groups capable of reaction with acid anhydrides. |
