PURPOSE:To reduce time elements which occupy a file in an external storage device and to perform system operation by a small-capacity computer by making one time element which is generated efficiently correspond to one data group obtained within a constant time. CONSTITUTION:When a measurement data group 2 obtained external equipment is fetched, a computer normally reads the current time by its timer function. Then, time element data 3 is set on the basis of the contents of the time data corresponding to a data storage position on a storage device, the measurement data group is stored. Further, the stored data are read out by using the time element data. |
