RECORDING MASTER DISC DEVELOPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To uniform the depth of a signal pit by providing a continuous slope to a flow control plate in a way that the distance between a recording medium disc and the flow control plate becomes greater at the position nearer a processing liquid supply inlet and smaller at the position greater in distance from the inlet. CONSTITUTION:The flow control plate 13 exists above the recording medium disc 11 in opposition to an information recording face and a supply inlet 14 for a development processing liquid or a rinse processing liquid is provided at the center. A continuous slope is formed to the flow control plate 13 so that the gap with the recording medium disc 11 becomes greater at positions nearer the supply inlet 14 and smaller at positions greater in distance from the supply inlet 14. The development processing liquid or the rinse processing liquid is pressurized by a pressurizing pump 15 and supplied into the gap between the recording medium disc 11 and the flow control plate 13 from the supply inlet 14. A slope is provided to the flow control plate 13 so as to make the fluid velocity of the development processing liquid or the rinse processing liquid uniform over the inner and outer circumference. Thus, the depth of signal pits is made uniform independently of the inner and outer circumference of the recording medium.
