<p>PURPOSE:To rationally supply articles in an automatic article supply device for supplying a predetermined article to each designated person in a hospital dispensary, a bank or the like, by providing display units for indicating the presence of articles at an inlet port and a storage device, respectively. CONSTITUTION:At an inlet port 1 provided in a hospital dispensary or the like, there is provided an ID input/canceling device 7 for inputting and canceling identification data relating articles. Above the reception opening, there is provided a first display unit 8 for indicating the completion of preparation of an article to be dispensed when a container 3 containing therein articles is set on an accumulating conveyer 4 and when the identification data of these articles are inputted at the device 7. The above-mentioned article is conveyed into a storage device 6 and is stored one of storage spaces. Articles stored in the storage device 6 are indicated on a second display unit 12. The stored articles are searched in accordance with identification data on an ID card inserted into an ID card insertion slot 10 in either one of dispensing devices 2a, 2b, and the corresponding article is conveyed to a dispensing port 9.</p> |
