发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROLYTIC TILE FOR FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a porous burnt body made of ceramics with denseness and strength and increased porosity by spraying carbonic acid gas to the aqueous slurry in which pulp is contained as a solid body, adding the preset amount of a flocculating agent to a powder body made of lithium carbonate, alumina, and such, and making it in a sheet form. CONSTITUTION:First, lithium carbonate and gamma-alumina are contained in a ball mill and are milled for 24hr or more to set the particle size to less than 1mu. Wood pulp is added to this milled, material and the water with preset weight is added, and both are wet-type-mixed and adjusted into aqueous slurry. Then, CO2 is sprayed in them and a flocculating agent and a surface active agent are added and agglomerated and then are molded in a sheet form by a sheet making device. This molded material is baked in an oxidation atmosphere at first and then baking is performed by raising temperatures until gamma-lithium aluminate is sintered. Subsequently, it is cooled down to the room temperature. This cooled material is dipped in water and washed by water. When the pH of the water becomes neutral, the cooling body is taken out from the water and is dried. As a result, a porous burnt body made of ceramics is provided with denseness and strength and porosity can be increased.
