PURPOSE:To process and keep trepangs in cold storage in such a way that they can keep freshness and qualities for a long period and are eatable throughout the whole year, by removing the internal organ parts of the trepangs, cutting them small pieces and freezing while seasoning them with vinegar. CONSTITUTION:Internal organs of trepangs are removed, cut into small pieces directly or in an edible way, immersed in vinegar blended with soy sauce or salt or in vinegar blended with soy sauce or salt and SAKE or sugar and frozen while being immersed and preserved. |
