PURPOSE:To obtain a pasty medullary food having pourable properties, by sending a mixture of bone and bone marrow to finely grinding process, mixing the ground blend with water, boiling or steaming it under pressure, mincing it roughly and grinding it finally. CONSTITUTION:Bone of bird, animal, fish, etc., containing marrow, is frozen, ground by the cutter rollers I and II in the grinder A, made into a cloth material, sent to the crushing machine B, made thin by the crushing rollers III and IV and chopped by the chopper C. The chopped bone is sent to the stirrer D by the screw conveyor S, mixed with water, sterilized under pressure and boiling by the pressure boiling pot E, cooled, ground by the grinding machine F and finally minced by the mincing machine H. |
