<p>PURPOSE:To make the strong fixation of a die and the like to a head main body possible and consequently prevent resin from leaking by a constitution wherein the abutting part of an action rod against the die or the like is made swingable in company with the displacement of the tip of the die or the like. CONSTITUTION:Instead of an adjusting bolt to displace by abutting against the outer peripheral surface at the tip of a die, an action rod 41, which allows itself to about against the outer peripheral surface of the die or the like at right angles at all times by rocking its tip abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the die or the like in company with the displacement of the die or the like, is employed. Concretely, the action rod 41 consists of an adjusting screw 42, which is screwed from the outer periphery of an outer tube 45 mounted onto the head main body of an extruder in the outer tube so as to pierce the outer tube, and a sliding spherical bearing 43, which is screwed in the tip of the adjusting screw 42. Because the tip 43a of a link ball 43 is freely swingable due to the spherical sliding part, the action rod 41 follows the displacement of the outer peripheral surface of the die 46 or the like. Thus, corrections are made to make the section uniform by only operating the action rods, and consequently the correcting operation can be markedly facilitated.</p> |
