PURPOSE:To obtain a door mirror which is kept at an inclined position with giving no force to a mirror housing, and which has no trouble to produce a decline of a tension spring by maintaining the inclined position for long. CONSTITUTION:A tension spring 8' is placed between an end 9b of an L shape lever 9 and a mirror housing 3', and a roller 10 is pivotted at the other end 9c of the lever 9. On the other hand, a rail member 11 is fixed to a mirror base 2' to guide the roller 10. The guide face of the rail member 11 is formed of an arc portion 11a with a rear side axis 7' as the center of the arc, and recessed portions 11b and 11c at the both ends of the arc portion 11a. When a backward outer force is inflicted at the mirror housing 3', the roller 10 is released from the recession 11c, turns along the arc portion 11a, and gears with the recession 11b to make the mirror housing incline rearward. |
