<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ink compsn. contg. a pigment stable for a long period of time and providing a film having improved physical properties, by dispersing a pigment in a thermoplastic resin and thereafter blending an ultraviolet-curing resin, a conductivity imparting agent, a photo-reaction initiator, and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A pigment is dispersed in a thermoplastic resin. Thereafter the other essential components of an ultraviolet-curing resin, a pigment, a conductivity imparting agent, a photo-reaction initiator, and a solvent are added thereto. The pigment used may be any of an inorg. or org. one. The thermoplastic resin is used in an amt. of 20-200wt% of the pigment and dissolved by addn. of an org. solvent consisting essentially of pref. ketone or alcohol. The resulting soln. is placed in a dispersing means such as a ball mill to disperse the pigment so that it has a particle size of 3mu or less. The ultraviolet-curing resin is used in an amt. which is about 10-50wt% of the ink compsn., pref. with about 5-100wt% of that amt. being a tri- or more functional polyacrylate such as a triacrylate and a trimethacrylate.</p> |
