<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregular shapes of products, by providing the same shape for neighboring T-shaped heat-radiating plate parts, and blanking holes with a pitch of 1/2 of lead pieces being shifted. CONSTITUTION:The positions of molding resins 2 of neighboring basic patterns are shifted by 1/2 pitch in the longitudinal direction. Heat radiating plates 10 and 10' have the same shape and are shifted in correspondence with said shifting of the resins 2. A distance L1 is provided between linking pieces 7 (or 7') on both sides of the molding resins 2 (or 2'). The depth of a cut-out part 11 is 1/2P. The distance between the connecting ends of each of neighboring lead pieces 6 and 6' is L2. At a part, which is separated from an outermost end 13 of the lead frame by a distance P, a blanked part 12 is formed to a point of the first lead piece 6 when the lead frame is formed. The width of the part 12 is L3. When the basic pattern is separated, an L shaped line l3 is cut.</p> |
