PURPOSE:To obtain a titled element having high sharpness and good granular characteristic by disposing low-sensitivity layers on the side further from a base than high-sensitivity emulsion layers. CONSTITUTION:A high-sensitivity unit UH having a high-sensitivity red-sensitive emulsion layer RH and high-sensitivity green-sensitive emulsion layer GH and a low-sensitivity unit UL having a low-sensitivity red-sensitive emulsion layer RL and low-sensitivity green-sensitive emulsion layer GL are formed on a base A successively from the base side and further a blue-sensitive emulsion layer B is formed thereon. Layer order of the layers GL and RL in the unit UL and the unit UH and layer order of the layers GH, RH are optional but the layers GL, GH are positioned on the side further from the base A than the layers RL, RH. The images which are not affected by the high-sensitivity layers are thereby formed in the low-sensitivity layers and since the low-sensitivity layers have smaller silver halide particles in general, the sharpness and granular characteristic are excellent and other photographic performances (sensitivity, etc.) are satisfactory as well. |
