<p>PURPOSE:To highly accurately perform operations to be controlled with a small- sized light-weight constitution, by providing a measurement section, operation processing section, memory signal generating section, parameter inputting section, and display section to a measurement controller. CONSTITUTION:By inputting and setting prescribed parameters to and at each section by operating a parameter inputting section 15 while watching the parameter display of a display 16, a measurement section 11 converts plural analog signals containing the measuring signal PV of an object 2 to be controlled into digital signals in accordance with measuring conditions and stores the converted digital signals in a memory 13. On the other hand, and operation processing section 12 performs a prescribed operation process to the digital signals stored in the memory 13 and again stores the operated results in the memory 13. A signal generating section 14 generates an operation signal MV for heating a heater 4 in accordance with the signal generating conditions of the measuring signal PV of the object 2 supplied through the measurement section 11, the temperature setting signal SV of the heater 4 of the object 2 set through the parameter inputting section 15, PID calculation parameter, etc, and drives the heater 4 of the object 2 to be controlled.</p> |
