Instrumentation intended to assess a vascular condition, in particular, that of the terminal or subterminal vascular branches, in a subject who is awake or asleep. In order to do this, this instrumentation uses a photoplethysmometric reflection sensor, using, advantageously, infrared radiation. In order to provide this evidence, it utilises a double display: analog and digital. This digital display mode is provided by an analog-to-digital converter, a memory display, and a device for triggering this storage optimally. The possibility of recording the signals is furthermore provided for, as is their storage and computer processing. This instrumentation is intended for all the disciplines of medicine and biology.
