CONSTITUTION:A white hair preventing cosmetic obtained by blending a cosmetic base with a hormone of hypophysis, perfume, wetting agent, refreshing agent, skin irritating agent, etc., used in production of hair lotion, hair tonic, etc., and optionally an endermic absorption promoter. Application of the cosmetic to the hair root part can reduce white hair or suppress increase in white hair without causing side effects in the whole body. |
