发明名称 ENERGIZATION TRANSFER RECORDING HEATING FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To use a heating film for many times of transfer recording with large durability without deterioration on heating at transferring time by forming a resistance layer of this film of an alloy which contains Sn, Sb and O, and specifying the content of O of this alloy. CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer 22 and a resistance layer 23 are laminated on a support 21, the layer 23 is formed of an alloy of inorganic elements of Sn, Sb, O so that the content of the O is 10-50 atomic %. Thus, it is not deteriorated by the heat in case of transfer, can be used for many times of transfer recording to reduce the running cost of the device. The content of O of the alloy to form a heating film 24 is controlled to hold the volumetric resistance value of the film 24 at the desired value. Accordingly, preferable ink transfer recording is executed to obtain a transfer image of preferable printing quality.
