The invention relates to a device for the compensation of rotary impulses, having at least two flywheel masses, these having the ability for rotation relative to one another. To better adapt the damping capacity of the device to the respective application and thus optimise the damping characteristic of the device and broaden the possible area of application, at least three damping devices are provided between the flywheel masses and, of these damping devices, at least one is formed by a slip clutch.
