<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording and reproducing device capable of performing a noiseless reproduction by controlling phases of a running of a magnetic tape and a rotation of a rotating head even in a reproducing at 1.5 times speed. CONSTITUTION:When a 1.5 times speed signal is inputted to a frequency divider 8 and a frequency divider 10, the frequency corresponding to a rotating speed from a frequency generator FG is converted into 2/3 by the frequency divider 8. This gradually decreased signal frequency is inputted 6 to an adding amplifier 4. From the adding amplifier 4, a drive signal for increasing a rotating speed of a capstan motor 2 to 3/2 (=1.5) times is transmitted. In this manner, a mag netic tape 1 is fed at a speed 1.5 times of an ordinary reproducing speed by a speed control part. In a phase control part, since a control signal divided into three is inputted to a phase comparator 7, the phase relation of a reproduc ing head and a recording track pattern on the magnetic tape 1 is maintained at the 1.5 times speed. Thereby, a noiseless reproduction of the 1.5 times speed can be executed.</p> |
