The coupling fillets (16) are fixed to a main part (17) between the glass panes (11,12) of the component (10), and have a projecting coupling part (18). This part, on the one side of the component is positioned on the one side of the central plane of the component parallel to the glass panes, and the coupling part (18) on the other side of the component is located on the other side of that plane. The coupling parts have a ridge (19) along their free edge which, together with the remainder of the coupling part (18) and the fillet main part (17), limits a channel (20). When two insulating glass components are connected, they are positioned with the one side of one of them parallel to the other side of the second component and at some distance from it so that the ridge (19) on the one component coupling fillet is above the channel (20) in the fillet of the other component. A sealing fillet (24,25) is placed between the coupling fillets and the adjacent side of the component. Finally the two components (10) are connected to each other by plates (22) gripping the coupling fillet end surfaces. |
