PURPOSE:To facilitate regulation of flow characteristic of nozzle by fixing the nozzle blade at setting angle while adjusting the height at nozzle section or the blade span simultaneously by means of a spacer. CONSTITUTION:An annular nozzle flange 11 planted with nozzle blade 12 and an annular regulation flange 13 fitted with each end section 12A of nozzle blade 12 are combined to produce a nozzle assembly which is held between a back plate 10 fitted in a bearing housing 4 and a shroud member 3. While spacers 17, 18 are placed between the outer wall of flow path 16 and regulation flange 13, regulation flange 13 and shroud member 3. Another spacer 20 is placed between a stopper board 19 fitted over the shroud member 3 and said flange 13. When increasing the flow, for example, the spacer 17 is thickened by the amount of enlarging nozzle blade span. |
