PURPOSE:To prevent an electrode from contacting with adjacent electrode even at the time of displacing the position by so deleting the corner of the electrode provided in contact with a monolithic light emitting diode or a circuit in which the diode is arranged and wire bonded to increase an interval with the opposed electrode. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 22 of a light emitting diode provided in contact with a light emitting diode 12 and an electrode 12 of a circuit board provided in contact with a circuit board 11 are formed in a rectangular shape so that the corners are rounded. To bond fine metal wirings to the electrodes by increasing an interval of the adjacent electrodes oppositely to the corner in this shape, it prevents the extended bonding portion from contacting the adjacent electrode due to the normal displacement of the position. |
