摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an oriented layer having excellent resistance to heat and moisture by coating a fluorine-contg. polymer having a specified compsn. in the state of soln. or powder on a transparent substrate consisting of glass, plastics, etc. and subjecting the coating to a heat treatment to form a film, then subjecting the film to an orientation treatment. CONSTITUTION:The fluorine-contg. polymer expressed by the formula is prepd. into the state of soln. or powder and is coated on the transparent substrate consisting of glass, plastics, etc. The coating is heated to 50-400 deg.C by electric heat, IR rays, steam, high frequency, etc. to form the film. The surface is thereafter rubbed with absorbent cotton, brush, etc. to orient the film in the same direction. A polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluorine and polyvinyl fluoride may be used for the fluorine-contg. polymer and above all the polyvinylidene fluoride which is easily soluble in org. solvents, is easy to handle and has low volumetric resistance is more preferable. N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N'-dimethylacetamide, etc. are used for the org. solvent.</p>
