PURPOSE:To clearly print M groups of unit graphic data which form one line by a head having (NXM) pieces of dots while effectively utilizing a conventional software resources by arranging the data at every other (M-1) bits and converting the data into lumped data of (NXM) bits. CONSTITUTION:In order to form lumped data 15 by gathering dot information 13, 14 of unit graphic data of 1-line 8 bits, the data are arranged at 8 bit at every other 1 bit from row '0', and stored in memory means. This work is continued until row counter becomes equal to the lateral bit number L. Thereafter, when the group counter (m) becomes equal to 2, the lumped data 15 stored in the memory means are printed to execute one line printing. Thus, a complicated figure can be clearly printed while effectively utilizing software resources developed to quasi-16 dot printing method. |
