摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the titled body having high surface potential and high photosensitivity and decreases the fluctuation of characteristics during continuous use by providing an electric charge transfer layer contg. an org. charge transfer material between a conductive substrate and photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer 2 and the photosensitive layer 3 are formed on the conductive substrate 1. The charge transfer layer 2 consists of the org. charge transfer material dispersed into a binder resin and contributes to holding of the surface charge of the photosensitive body as an insulator layer in a dark place. Said layer transfers the charge injected from the photosensitive layer 3 during photoreception. The photosensitive layer 3 consists of the org. charge generating layer and org. charge transfer material dispersed into the binder resin. Said layer generates the charge by receiving light and transfers the generated charge. The surface potential is thus increased without decreasing the photosensitivity of the photosensitive body and the characteristic fluctuation during the continuous use is decreased.
