摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the amorphous wound core of excellent characteristics by a method wherein, when an amorphous magnetic thin belt is formed by winding, an electrode is contacted to the amorphous magnetic thin belt located on the outermost circumference, and the magnetic thin belt is heated up by bringing an electrode into contact with the amorphous magnetic thin belt and directly applying a current thereon. CONSTITUTION:Fine powderlike oxide dissolved with a solvent is sprayed on one surface of an amorphous magnetic thin belt 2 using a spray 9, the solvent is dried up with a heater 10, an insulating film is printed, and then a wound core is formed by reeling said insulating film on a wound core 3. At this time, a current is applied to the amorphous magnetic thin belt 2 located on the outermost circumference through the intermediary of electrodes 5 and 6, and the thin belt 2 is heated up. As a insulating film 15 is present between the layers of the wound core 4, the current runs on the layer 2a only located on the outermost circumference of the wound core 4, and no current runs on the other layers. THe heated part of the wound core 4 is cooled to the normal temperature in a short period by the low temperature air blown out from an air nozzle 11. Consequently, the amorphous magnetic thin belt 2 is not exposed to a high temperature for a long period, and no deterioration in magnetic characteristics is generated on the wound core 4.
