摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance mixing efficiency, in a method for controlling a silo blender for mixing a particulate material, by integrating the mixing completion quantity of the recirculating particulate material to demarcate the boundary surface of a non-mixed particulate material and a mixing completion particulate material and taking out the non-mixed particulate on and after said demarcation to mix the same. CONSTITUTION:A particulate material mixed in a particulate material mixing part 6 is sent to a silo main body 21 through a particulate material recirculation line 35 and accumulated to the upper part of a non-mixed particulate material. During this time, the number of rotations of a rotary valve 28 are detected by a counter 30 to be sent to an operator 36 and the mixing completion quantity of the particulate material is integrated. From this mixing completion quantity, the boundary surface of the non-mixed particulate material and the mixing completion particulate material in the silo main body 21 is demarcated. Subsequently, when the boundary surface was lowered to the highest position of control valves 25a-25e, the control valve corresponding to the boundary surface is closed by the order from the operator 36 through a controller 37 and the mixing completion particulate material is prevented from entering a blending line.
