PURPOSE:To safely and surely fit or remove center bars to or from suction connecting ports for vacuum cups, by advancing or retreating center shafts to or from coupling fittings putting holes of the center bars from or to the fitting/removing cylinders of supporting fittings additionally installed to the feed bars. CONSTITUTION:Fitting/removing cylinder devices 26 are respectively fitted to fitting/ removing devices 25, 22, and 23 which are additionally installed to fixing fittings 24 fixed to parallel feed bars 6 and supporting fittings 14 engaged with the feed bars 6. Cylinder shafts 30 put in suction port 29 tubes in the cylinders 26 are pushed by the liquid pressure 32 of supplying ports 31 and fitting/removing cylinders 34 at the front ends of the shafts 30 enter into are are closely fitted to fitting holes 38 provided in the couplings 27 of center bars 13a-13c. Simultaneously, the suction connecting ports 37 of vacuum cups are communicated with the suction tubes 28 of the suction ports 29. The center bars 13a-13c are not removed from the holes 38 because of keeping springs. When the liquid pressure 32 is applied from supplying ports 33, the center shafts 30 are moved backward and can be removed. Therefore, the center bars 13a-13c with vacuum suction connecting ports 37 can safely and surely be removed at any time as occasion demands. |
