PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss in a support section, and to improve the efficiency of a motor by supporting a diaphragm by a gas filled body. CONSTITUTION:An annulus ring-shaped diaphragm 1 corresponding to a stator for a motor is supported onto a ring-shaped tube 2a, which has approximately the same shape as a diaphragm 1 and the inside thereof is filled with a gas. A thin flexible material, such as a rubber, polyvinyl chloride, etc. is used as the tube 2a. A motor case 3a functions as a shaft for positioning the center of the diaphragm 1 in combination. A moving body on the diaphragm1 is driven by progressive oscillatory waves generated in the diaphragm 1. |
