<p>PURPOSE:To perform temperature control of the inside of a molding machine practically and also to perform the temperature control of an arbitrary position of a screw, by providing a heat transmission device at the shaft center part of the screw along with providing a Peltier effect element at least at a portion on the surface side of the screw. CONSTITUTION:When a Peltier effect element 1 is electrified under a state wherein a switch 132 of a temperature control circuit 13 has been changed over, heat is absorbed from a molten material positioning close by the tip part of a screw which is under a high-temperature state through shearing force of the screw 10 by performing heat absorption by a metallic plate 113 positioning on the surface side of the screw 10. On the one hand, as a metallic plate 114 positioning on the surface side of the Peltier effect element 11 performs radiation of heat at this time, the inside of the tip part of the screw becomes high temperature gradually. Then cooling water is streamed in a heating medium flow path 12 so as not to generate such an unfavorable phenomenon, and the screw 10 is kept at a constant temperature by discharging the heat radiated on the backside of the Peltier effect element 11.</p> |
