An FM demodulator for demodulating a signal which has been frequency modulated by a digital signal. The FM demodulator includes mixers, low-pass filters and limiters. All the circuit elements succeeding the mixers are operable in the baseband, while all the circuit elements succeeding the limiters are comprised of digital circuit elements. The FM demodulator with such a construction is suitable for an integrated circuit.
