发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF UNIFIED MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING INSULATING RUBBER PART AND ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE RUBBER PART
摘要 PURPOSE:To make transfer properties of the titled molded article to a cavity surface of a mold favorable, by a method wherein after powdery or granular unvulcanized material composed of either or both of insulating rubber and electrically conductive rubber has been shaped to a predetermined form without vulcanizing the same, the mold is filled with the same together with the electrically conductive rubber and/or the insulation rubber, and the same is bound and unified by heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:After the movable contact point part 1 has been manufactured by pulverizing carbon black and silicone rubber blended with an organic perixode as a vulcanizer and by conducting pressure molding, the mold is filled with the same, and vulcanization molding is performed by heating and pressurizing a mold, closing the same after mounting silicone rubber blended with the organic peroxide as a vulcaniser on the movable contact point part 1. A key top part 2, circumferential part 3 and trapezoid part 4 are molded of insulating silicone rubber and the movable contact point part 1 and key top part 2 are stuck and unfied completely on a bounary surface 5. As this molded article is loaded within the mold by keeping an unvulcanized state as it is, adhesion at the boundary surface 5 between the insulating rubber and electrically conductive rubber becomes complete and a unified molded article having strong adhesive strength is obtained.
